You receive an empty hall with the tables and chairs stored away. Bring your own food, vendors, and rav-approved caterer. You, your guests, and your caterer are responsible for all setup, breakdown, and cleanup, and must return the hall empty, clean, and neat — exactly as you found it.

A large 2,600-square-foot carpeted room offered as-is. It is not renovated and works well for seminars, private events, school events, and gatherings of 150 or more.
The remaining $349 is due one day before the event. Bookings made the day before or day of the event require the full $449.
