Due today
Your date is held as pending until we receive your 10% deposit. Your reservation is only confirmed once the deposit lands in our account — bank transfers (ACH) and Zelle typically take 1–3 business days to clear. We'll email you the moment it's confirmed.
Balance is due no later than 2 days before the event. You'll get an email confirmation immediately and a follow-up from our coordinator within one business day.

Hall Rental Agreement

Please read this agreement before completing your reservation.

Responsibility for the hall

The person making the booking is responsible for damage, broken or missing items, and any extra cleanup caused by guests, vendors, the caterer, or waitstaff.

When the event is over

The hall must be left clean, completely empty, and exactly as it was found. Tables and chairs must be returned neatly to their original places in the rear storage closet.

Mechitzahs and dividers

Any mechitzahs or dividers used for the event must be taken down and returned neatly to the rear storage closet.

Caterer and waitstaff

Please make sure the caterer or waitstaff handles setup, breakdown, and cleanup, including returning the hall furniture and mechitzahs.

Food and catering deliveries

Food and catering equipment may only enter and leave through the kitchen doors on the side of the building. The front entrance may not be used for catering deliveries.

$1,000 refundable damage authorization
A temporary authorization will be placed on the saved card one day before the event. It is not a charge. It will be released after the event if there is no damage or extra cleanup. If any amount is charged, you will receive an email with the amount and reason.
If you pay the deposit by ACH or Zelle, Stripe will ask for a card after this step. The card is saved securely for the damage authorization only. Nothing is charged at that time.

Your date is held.

We've received your booking and emailed the details to your email. Your reservation is pending until your 10% deposit clears (usually 1–3 business days) — we'll email you to confirm the moment it does. Our coordinator will also be in touch within one business day.
