How we use your information.

The Arch House is operated by Yaldeinu 228, Inc. We collect only the information needed to answer inquiries, schedule tours, process bookings, collect payments, and provide event support.

Information you provide

When you contact us or book the hall, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, event details, guest counts, and message. Stripe processes card and bank-payment information; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, reserve and manage your event, send booking and payment messages, provide requested vendor details, and maintain accurate business records. We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Service providers

We use Firebase for hosting and data services, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, and Hebcal for Jewish-calendar information. These providers receive only the information needed for their service.

Retention and requests

We retain booking and payment records as needed for operations, accounting, and legal obligations. To ask about your information or request a correction, email book@thearchhouse.org or call (845) 335-7699.
